A very entertaining show!
It was definitely worth going to my first Matt Anderson show. I enjoyed it very much, even though they mostly stuck to well known hits and a mix of interesting covers from their numerous albums. The set list was a bit different than earlier shows on this year’s tour, and they had to rush through the encore medley due to Seattle’s 11pm curfew. Even so, we were totally OK with not going through the fake encore motion and keeping it going because they did the covers so well. In fact, if it weren’t for the fact that they had a great variety of covers, I probably wouldn’t have gotten into it as much.
